Everyday in May # 16 garlic chives

very quick flowering garlic chives..(gau choi sum)...great finely chopped in salads, omelettes etc.

  1. I haven't been able to blog-hop much lately and I've obviously missed a lot! Very productive - beautiful stuff. I just love these garlic chives. They flow like a brush stroke. I love the delicate changes in green that you used to separate the chives - I'll bet it looks even better in person. Beautifully done.

  2. Beautiful, Debra! All your latest sketches/paintings are just mouth-watering, in both senses of the word.

I did not comment on every one of them, but I did comment on some, and my comments did not stick for unknown computer wierdness. But I wanted you to know that I look at each one as they appear and admire your talent and dedication.

Are you going to do the Sketchbook Project 2012?

  3. Simply gorgeous drawing Debra, fantastic play with lighting...and you've been really busy I can see. I admire your spirit and perseverance through the project. I wish I have the same strength =) but you truly are an inspiration to many of us(me included of course!)

  4. Fabulous colours and I like the curve of these.

Thanks for your comments everyone!
