Every Day in May # 23

Cheongsam.....intended to paint this when I started but like the pencil
so I thought I'd put it up before I add colour.

Every Day in May # 22

Time ran out today..came home from work and drew a bottle of beer
didn't like the end result so did a quick orchid sketch at the last minute....
( Need to strengthen the background I think, but tomorrow.)

Every Day in May # 10

Teapot. I couldn't get this right, too much pattern so not easy to work out the shadows.
I have given up and off to find something simpler to draw tomorrow.

Number four...just a little sketch today, been rubbing this on my bad back....

This one's for Flora, Thank-you!

Every Day in May # 4

Orchids in bloom.

This is about two thirds of the sheet as it was bigger than A4
(This could be for EDM # 76 too or is that cheating?)

Every Day in May # 3

Every Day in May # 2

Spent alot of time on my paintings today but did a very small drawing of a shell.
Most things I do are A4 size or bigger and it amazed me how quickly I drew this.

Every Day in May # 1

Bamboo Steamer
Drawing number 1 for Every Day in May.

I wanted to add colour but ran out of time...think it'll be good for me to do this.
I'm using this May to get all my ideas sketched out (a woven/bamboo theme happening)
The image was too big to scan all the page, it only covers half of the paper
but will take a photo tomorrow when it's light.
